• Drivers and passengers connect independently. The platform holds no direct liability for vehicle technical conditions or individual driving abilities.
• Liability for any delays, lost belongings, or force majeure events during a trip rests entirely with the participating users.

Users must adhere to principles of mutual respect during trips and refrain from illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior. Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
